Before Lisa got to the Treehouse, she completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Art at UMass Boston, embarked on a television producing career, and also got way too involved in the intricacies of her kid’s elementary school booster club. Those experiences helped her develop many important skills that transfer surprisingly well to the recruiting world. Much like casting, Lisa enjoys learning as much as she can about what makes someone great and then connecting them to opportunities where she’s confident they will shine.
Off the clock, Lisa putters around Los Angeles with her husband, two kiddos, and their dog George. She loves a hole-in-the-wall food establishment and a good festival— arts, music, or otherwise.
