Prior to Treehouse, Erik spent 10 years as a management consultant, partnering with C-level executives across Fortune 500 organizations, primarily focused on competitive strategy, organizational change, and cultural transformations. Erik received his BA in Economics and English from Bowdoin College and his MBA from UCLA Anderson. He lives in Venice, CA with his wife, two kids, and dog.
