Danielle spent over 20 years building a career as an unscripted television producer before she found her way to Treehouse. Those two decades of producing taught her how to interview anyone about anything, keep teams moving under pressure, and work closely with leaders and executives to bring a project home — skills that transfer surprisingly well to the world of recruiting. Much like producing, Danielle loves getting to know what makes someone tick and then helping connect the dots between talent and opportunity.
Off the clock, Danielle is happily outnumbered at home by her husband and two sons. You can usually find the family at the beach or camped out at the movies, always up for the next good story — on screen or off.
