A Menlo Park native, Ben Taylor is an Account Director at Treehouse Partners, where he helps expand and elevate the firm’s search practice, strengthen client partnerships, and support Treehouse’s continued growth. Ben brings a decade of experience in executive recruiting and talent advisory, having served as both a Chief of Staff and Executive Search Consultant for a boutique executive search firm working with organizations from Series A startups to Fortune 500 companies.
His work spans senior G&A, product, and go-to-market roles across technology, healthcare, consumer products, professional services, and more.
Ben received his BA in Human Physiology from the University of Oregon. He lives in Los Angeles, CA with his wife Jessie, son Bodhi, and two dogs, Penny and Milo.
