Our client is a highly successful startup focused on high-end interior design and home furnishings. They are looking to extend their impressive track record of luxury interior landscaping from Southern California to the rest of the U.S. in the coming months. They are seeking a VP of Marketing/CMO to develop and lead their team of marketing pros in creating innovative brand and marketing strategies.
Create and execute multi-channel marketing initiatives for the company’s home base in Southern California as well as in their new markets nationwide
Develop and manage all marketing materials, including digital media (graphic design, videography, etc.) as well as traditional marketing outlets
Lead and launch omnichannel brand strategy initiatives
Public relations ownership, including management of existing TV relationships as well as any incoming media partnerships
Liaise with client marketing departments in order to collaborate on joint marketing efforts
Assist with the design, development, and execution of new website as needed
Bachelor’s degree, required
8-12+ years experience in marketing
Experience with a wide variety of marketing outlets, including PR, e-commerce, and B2B marketing
Knowledge of both traditional and digital marketing techniques, including print, television, social media, etc.
Web and graphic design expertise, strongly preferred
Marketing experience in similar industries, including fashion, e-commerce, interior design, or luxury goods
Ability to function efficiently in a fast-paced startup environment
