Web Product Manager for a Lifestyle Brand and Media Company

Area : Santa Monica, California

Description : Our client is a growing lifestyle brand and media company in the health and wellness space. They are seeking a Web Product Manager to strategically plan and optimize the company’s website. 

Responsibilities

- Work closely with the VP of Marketing to drive strategy and optimization

- Own the marketing funnel in order to maximize lead generation, user experience, and e-commerce for the website

- Drive strategy, management, and execution of web, digital and conversion optimization efforts from conception to completion

- Develop a data-driven strategy for the digital product, set measurable goals, define & implement short-term and long-term plans for the website

- Work across marketing, content, design, development and external (agency) teams to build webpages and conversion assets

- Develop and implement a robust A/B testing strategy and roadmap; develop hypotheses, run tests, analyze results and utilize findings to inform new features and functionality

- Conduct user research to understand how users are interacting with the website

 - Measure, evaluate and report on all aspects of web performance including metrics, timelines and outcomes.

 - Identify key business opportunities

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree, required

- 4+ years of broad web marketing/digital product marketing experience

- Strong understanding of UX, design, analytics testing, and information architecture

- Extensive knowledge of web strategy and execution, including website auditing and conversion optimization

- Strong understanding of the web marketing funnel, customer journey, messaging, and brand positioning

- Strong understanding of user acquisition, and search functionality of a website

- Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills, ability to use data and metrics
