Account Executive for a Tax Consulting Firm

Our client is a growing tax consulting firm specializing in tax saving opportunities associated with research and experimentation credits. They are seeking a driven, independent and detail-oriented Account Executive who will aid their growing sales team.  Their product represents a win-win for their clients, so they boast a nearly 80% close rate with prospective clients… interested candidates should be excited by that prospect and motivated to put in the time and energy to build client relationships quickly. 

Responsibilities

- Source leads and connections in order to sell the firm's services 

- Constantly research new companies and contacts in order to expand the firm's client base 

- Attend networking events and conferences and constantly be "out and about" with a sales mindset

- Create referral networks with other professional service providers to share business leads

- Manage sales process from start to finish   

Qualifications

- 6+ years of sales experience 

- Proven track record of sales success 

- Experience in this industry, a plus (but not required)

- Accounting experience or acumen, a plus

- Experience in manufacturing and technology, a plus

- Salesforce experience 

- An active member of the community with diverse business skills and broad network

- Ability to work independently
