Executive Assistant to the Founder of a Boutique Consulting Firm

Our client is a management consulting firm focused on driving behavior change for Fortune 500 and Global 1000 companies. Their behavior engineering system has adeptly and efficiently taken numerous teams from dysfunctional to phenomenal, yielding desired business outcomes such as gains in product/service quality, customer loyalty, revenue growth and profit, and ultimately, shareholder value. They are seeking a full-time Executive Assistant (with an interest in business development) to support the founder of this boutique consultancy and the CEO of an innovative new mobile application.

Responsibilities:

- Handle administrative and support functions for the founder/CEO, including email management, expense reporting, and calendaring

-Collaborate with speaking manager regarding event/speech outreach, tracking, and follow-up

-Interact with third party vendors on behalf of the firm

-Business development outreach, tracking, and scheduling for founder/CEO

-Interface with prospective and current clients

-Proactively identify solutions for making sure the clients’ affairs are being managed in an accurate and timely manner

-Provide quality control and editing support across a variety of documents and client deliverables

-Support the Founder/CEO in a variety of special projects and ongoing needs

Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s Degree required

-2-5 years’ experience in a similar role

-Scrappiness and the ability to multi-task

-Ability to be called upon to complete any number of diverse tasks and learn quickly

-Entrepreneurial and business development mindset

-Salesforce experience, preferred

-Resourcefulness required!
